Carey International Chauffeured Transportation: Standard Carey and Embarque service Terms and Conditions apply; please visit carey.com/article/terms-conditions. Luxury Card offer(s) may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Discounts are assessed a percentage against the net base rate of the service. Traveler credits are recognized at the point of billing and will not be reflected in the service quote or estimate but will be deducted from the final bill. Traveler is considered a “first-time traveler” the first time he or she books Carey or Embarque services through Luxury Card Concierge. Discount is not applicable on first-time reservations, due to “first-time traveler” credit and will be applied to the base rate only. “First-time traveler” benefit may only be used one time per individual traveler. Carey International will deny traveler “first-time traveler” credit if traveler has already used the benefit in past. “First-time traveler” benefit may only be applied to Carey or Embarque service—not both.

Cruises:
Benefits may vary by cruise line and sailing date and may not be available on all departures or in all categories. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Offers apply to new bookings only. Some blackout dates may apply. Signature Travel Network and its subagents act solely as agents for the companies providing services and facilities to travelers and have no responsibility or liability for loss of or damage to property or for injury or death due to errors, omissions or intentional acts of the companies providing services and facilities.

EmpireCLS Chauffeured Transportation: $50 discount valid only for first booking with EmpireCLS, and applicable only when booked through
Luxury Card Concierge. Complimentary vehicle upgrade available on sedan vehicle types only. Late cancellation policies vary based on the location of the original pickup point or service area (i.e., EmpireCLS immediate service areas vs. international markets). Cancellation within the EmpireCLS immediate service area (NY/NJ/SW CT, San Francisco-San Jose and Los Angeles-San Diego) must be made one (1) hour prior to scheduled pickup. Full fare including gratuities will be charged for all late cancellations. Please refer to full policies and procedures for more information. A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within (a) one (1) hour for airport pickups (time starts when the plane arrives at the gate) and (b) thirty (30) minutes at other pickup locations (home, office, hotel, etc.). Full fare, including gratuities, will be charged for all No Shows. For waiting time on airport departures (pickup at home, office, hotel, etc.), the first fifteen (15) minutes are considered the “Grace Period.” For airport arrivals, the Grace Period is forty-five (45) minutes for all domestic flights and seventy-five (75) minutes for all international flights. Waiting time charges are based on the vehicle’s hourly rate and are accrued in quarter-hour increments. A voluntary 20% gratuity is applied to all reservations and is negotiable or waivable at any time. EmpireCLS charges an Administration Fee of 17.25%, which is applied to each reservation. Taxes, tolls, airport fees and parking fees will be charged as incurred. EmpireCLS charges an $18 USD airport fee for all arrivals. Fuel charge for sedans, SUVs, vans and limousines is $9 USD per trip for flat-rate transfers, and $9 USD per hour for hourly trips. Larger vehicles will be quoted upon request. Hourly minimums apply for all as directed/hourly reservations and vary according to vehicle type/market. An early morning/late night surcharge of $25 USD will be applied for all reservations scheduled between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Extra stops will be charged as incurred. Entertainment Events, Hospitality & Tickets: Once tickets are purchased, all sales are final and cannot be canceled or exchanged. Neither Luxury Card Concierge nor its vendors are responsible for lost or stolen tickets or hold any liability in the case of a canceled or postponed show.

Global Dining Collection Program: Reservations are based on availability. In order to receive your dining benefit, an entrée must be purchased and/or a minimum spend per party may be required where indicated, and reservations must be booked through Luxury Card Concierge. Global Luggage Delivery: Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Final rates are based on actual weights and dimensions verified during the shipment process. Actual weights will be generated by the greater of the actual weight OR dimensional weight of each piece. Any duties, taxes or other fees incurred during the customs inspection process will be passed on to the Cardmember. Service Provider is not an air carrier, indirect air carrier or charter operator. Flights will be operated by a direct air carrier holding an air carrier certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and economic authority from the US Department of Transportation (DOT), or equivalent foreign government authorities. Flights will be conducted under Part 121 or 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) or applicable foreign equivalents, and operational control of your flight shall be vested in the air carrier. The aircraft utilized for these private jet services are listed on the respective air carrier’s operations specifications. Neither Luxury Card nor Luxury Card Concierge (collectively “Luxury Card”) is an air carrier and neither possesses DOT or FAA authority to engage in air transportation. Luxury Card is not responsible for the acts or omissions of its Service Providers, and by participating you waive any implied warranties and disclaim reliance on any representations made by Luxury Card regarding the Service Provider’s qualifications, certifications or fitness to conduct flights. Special Private Jet Charter Services customer service assurances include the following: 1. In the event that there is a flight interruption within the reasonable control of a Service Provider and/or operator during the course of any flight that departs from the United States, including but not limited to a mechanical issue or pilot delay, the Service Provider will provide the Luxury Card member (each, the “Cardmember”) with a replacement aircraft within four hours of the original scheduled flight time. If a replacement aircraft is not provided within four hours, then the Cardmember may choose for the Service Provider to (a) put all passengers on a commercial flight and pay for the plane tickets and the transportation to the airport (in this instance, the Cardmember will not be charged for the original private jet flight), or (b) provide a $400 per passenger hotel and food credit while waiting for the replacement aircraft. 2. In the event that there is a flight interruption within the reasonable control of a Service Provider and/or operator during the course of any flight that departs outside of the United States, including but not limited to a mechanical issue or pilot delay, the Service Provider will provide the Cardmember with a replacement aircraft within six hours of the original scheduled flight time. Best Price Assurance: Service Providers will provide the Cardmember with competitive prices that are the same as or lower than prices that would be provided to any other customer under the same conditions for the same flight(s) and on the same day and time frame.
